"Do not trust this company, meaning this office and the company they represent. The day I sold my car I called to cancel, told they would send a check, got a letter saying the check would be sent under separate cover, waited, called back, and then again, told they would look into it. Waited a week, called again, told they applied it to the home policy, which I had just gotten a bill for and there was no indication of it. So, what that means is it's for my next bill, but, I informed Davin that I won't be with them and I wanted him, as the AGENT REPRESENTING THEM. To inform them to mail my refund to me as they stated was going to happen, because there won't be another bill for me, I'm going elsewhere. I'm waiting to see what he comes back with but still fighting to get these people to be professionals."
